AgeWell’s wellness visits consist of a minimum of an hour of personalized activity chosen by the client.  AgeWell enrichment professionals are not simply “sitters”, they will provide clients with meaningful and engaging companionship.  Clients enjoy the socialization and their caregivers find the visits important to their peace of mind.  Family members who live a long distance away or are unable to visit as often as they prefer are especially grateful for the face-to-face observations provided during the visits.  

AgeWell clients have the opportunity to work one-on-one with a personal trainer.  The personal trainer will provide an individualized wellness plan best suited to the client’s goals. Our personal trainer has over 23 years of experience and specializes in senior wellness.  Clients are required to provide a physician’s note before beginning an exercise regimen.
