CONCIERGE SERVICES & AMENITIES:

Wellness Services

Wellness Visits - One-hour, customized visits that provide companionship or support with one or more Activities of Daily Living (ADL) or Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (iADL), tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Companion Service - Extended visits consisting of at least 4 hours for those who require one-on-one supervision or companionship. This also includes assistance with one or more ADL or iADL, tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Personal Care Assistance - Brief visit consisting of assistance with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.

Facilitation of Self-Administration of Medication - Brief visit designed to ensure client self-administers medications as prescribed.

Senior Resource Management

• Private Consultations - Available to clients and their loved ones who need support navigating the complex world of healthcare, senior living and other support services. AgeWell will connect you with their vast network of resources and senior care partners. Customized resource management includes a comprehensive assessment of needs, coordination of services, referrals to appropriate services and much more! 

Life Enrichment Program

Meaningful Day  - A 30 minute or 1 hour program offering engaging activities tailored to each client’s unique interests and abilities, fostering purpose, connection, and enjoyment.  Our approach to supporting clients in need of engagement and socialization embraces the whole person to promote autonomy and preserve dignity through meaningful activities and interactions.
